It is a roadmap showing the order of implementation stages, phases, tasks, and sample deliverables to plan and execute project implementation. This methodology can be used as a reflection of the project’s progress or lifecycle.

PROJECT METHODLOGY

1. Planning & Initialization
The Planning and Initialization stage encompasses the initial structuring of the project.  The purpose of this stage is to validate and refine scope, define the project management infrastructure, and create an integrated implementation plan.

2. Definition
This stage focuses on assessing the current environment, envisioning and designing a target environment through which the business requirements of customer are met and design specifications are properly established.  This involves defining application functionalities to determine the functional and system requirements of the proposed system.

The assessment result will be documented in an efficient manner to that extent of which the level of information facilitates the design of the new system solution.  The activities covers reviewing existing documentations, discussing with key users, gathering current reports and pre-printed forms, and identifying existing interfaces.

3. Construction

Construction stage mainly focuses on establishing and testing target environment in accordance to the accepted design defined in the Definition stage.  In the Construction stage, the key tasks are as below:

  • Development Intelligent canvasser System (handheld and dashboard application)
  • Form and Report Build
  • Interface Build
  • Integration Testing
  • Training
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

4. Project Closure

This phase focuses on closing the project, ensuring that everything that was planned has been accomplished, measuring satisfaction with the services provided, and capturing knowledge from the project. It also confirms final completion, demobilizing resources, and ensuring that any financial transactions are completed
